What the French TV will not show you
I was rather startled by the abject coverage of French TV (TV5) of the Venezuelan election. A video taken a Petare by a Stephane Stasi with obvious sold out Ramonet overtones. Only chavistas were interviewed. No opposition comment except for a worn out lone Rosales poster in Petare. And announcing blithely that Chavez is going to win by 30%. Heck, even chavismo does not dare to stress 30% polls! Stasi does. Then again he is one of those that are pointed out with a finger by real journalists like Milagros Socorro.
